Art has always been more than performance — it is a language that reaches where policy cannot. Inspired by the creative journey of our Founder, Dr. Jahnavi, EqualWings Foundation harnesses theatre, film, and storytelling as instruments of dignity, awareness, and lasting social change.

Where It All Began
Long before the titles and the spotlight, Dr. Jahnavi was simply a girl who loved to perform. Her artistic journey began during her school years, where she immersed herself in theatre, dance, cultural festivals, and creative productions — regularly stepping into lead roles at school events. Her talent for traditional dance earned her recognition at the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Regional Conference in Muzaffarpur, an early sign of a performer with something powerful to say.
In 2022, that promise reached the national stage. She won the prestigious Miss Teen India 2022 title with an overwhelming public mandate, crowned by Bollywood actor Tusshar Kapoor in the presence of Hon'ble Member of Parliament and singer Manoj Tiwari and actor Ayub Khan — marking the true beginning of her professional creative career.
To sharpen her craft, she pursued a Diploma in Acting from the Institute for Creative Excellence (ICE), Mumbai, followed by hands-on training and an internship with Balaji Telefilms during the production of the widely loved television series Kumkum Bhagya.
Since then, Dr. Jahnavi has built a diverse portfolio spanning theatre, television, film, digital entertainment, and educational media — a body of work rooted in one belief: that art, wielded with purpose, can move people in ways that policy alone never will.

Social messages delivered by ordinary individuals may sometimes go unheard — but the same messages, communicated through artists and public personalities, have the power to inspire wider audiences and drive real behavioural change.
